The Junior League of Spokane is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. We reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to volunteerism.

The Junior League of Spokane is a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International.

Ever since the Junior League of Minneapolis raised more than $3,000 with its very first cookbook in 1943-44, Junior League members have been heading to the kitchen to raise money for important community initiatives. Today there are more than 200 League cookbooks in print.
