Become A Member

If you would like to join the Junior League of Spokane in attaining our goals, please consider joining. The following criteria are used for consideration of a prospective member: You must meet the age requirement of 22 years of age on October 15th and possess the following:

• Commitment to community service.
• Interest in developing your potential for voluntary community participation
• Interest in volunteerism
• Resident of the Spokane area at the time of your admission to Provisional membership, or lives close enough to another League to participate in that League's Provisional Training.

Benefits of Joining

• Training for effective community leadership, including public relations and marketing, finance, fundraising, leadership, advocacy, community research, and personal development.
• Insight into community needs and strategies for solutions
• Participate in community diversity
• Access and opportunity to interface with community leaders
• Exposure to creative techniques in problem solving and administration as it relates to non-profit agencies
• Access to new friends, new ideas, and new opportunities for continued growth and fulfillment
