The training course is a one-time 3 hour class where we strive to help you achieve the following by the end of the evening:

2.  Be a better delegator.                                       4.  Improved team management skills

Interested members can rout chase the book at Hastings (online & in-store), Barnes &Noble (online & in-store) and amazon.com.  This book contains a strengths assessment, and it is required  take the test before attending the training course.  The only cost is to buy the book because the training course if FREE!  Cost of the book ranges from $16.50 - $22, plus possible shipping charges.  A NEW book must b purchased in order to have the necessary access code for the assessment.  We guarantee it is worth every penny!
